Our journey began in early 2021, when our founder, Abubakar Muhammad, arrived in Cairo as a student. He noticed many international students struggled to find reliable housing, so he started helping them secure apartments — without charging any fees.
As demand grew, so did the vision.
Through collaboration with local real-estate agents, MK Residaa developed into a professional real-estate brand. We began promoting our services through WhatsApp and social media — steadily building trust and a strong reputation.
Today, MK Residaa serves residents, students, families, tourists, and professionals across Cairo — including New Cairo, Nasr City, Maadi, and Mokattam.
